What to expect from an FCC camp, especially the pre-season ones?
- FCC’s pre-season camp starts with an analysis of each fencer’s weaknesses and strengths over the past season to develop awareness of what they need to focus their training on.
- Our team then helps the athletes to develop a valid strength and conditioning foundation. Improving strength and conditioning takes time and can influence the fencer’s performance as they develop.
Our camps are specially structured to allow the athletes time to recover from their training to maximize the benefits of physical training.
- Finally, our attendees will be coached on fencing technique. Each fencer’s strengths and weaknesses will be considered by our expert staff for attendees to get the most out of their pre-season preparation. Athletes are urged to discuss their prior season’s results and upcoming season’s goals with our staff.
FCC’s pre-season camp is a unique opportunity for motivated fencers to share their doubts and challenges with and to be inspired by world-class fencing experts and coaches!
Our team at FCC hopes to see you at one of our upcoming pre-season camps:
